Derrick Abincha has a diverse work experience. Derrick is currently the Head Of Sales - Emerging Markets (West Africa) at Workpay, where they are responsible for achieving growth sales targets and managing the SDR team. Previously, they worked as a Sales Manager and Inbound Sales Lead at Workpay, where they successfully implemented strategic sales plans and increased business development through inbound strategies. Before joining Workpay, they were a Sales Account Manager at a company where they focused on developing new business engagements and maintaining client relationships. Derrick also has experience as a Business Development Manager, where they prospecting businesses and acquired new accounts. Derrick is the Founder & CEO of Japa World, an immigration tool that helps people relocate to different countries. Derrick also founded 10X Growwwth, where they supported founders with their growth journeys. Additionally, Derrick has worked as an Advisor to the Board at Alatpres and served as a Project Manager for the Employee of the Year Awards. Derrick has experience as a Business Strategy Consultant at Alatpres and as an Assistant Manager Sales Marketing and Sales and Marketing Associate at ADLifts™. Derrick started their career as a Sales Intern at ADLifts™.

Derrick Abincha completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Kenya Methodist University in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Business Administration from the same institution in 2015. In 2013, they completed a Diploma in Philosophy from the University of Nairobi. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in topics such as Data Visualization, Digital Advertising, Sales Enablement, and Google Analytics from institutions like Kaggle, HubSpot Academy, and LinkedIn.
