Nikhilesh Kaul

Nikhilesh Kaul has extensive experience in sales and business development. Nikhilesh is currently working as the Vice President of Sales at Workpay since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Endeavour Africa Limited where they held the positions of Head Of Sales from June 2019 to July 2021 and Manager Business Development from March 2017 to May 2019. Before joining Endeavour Africa Limited, Nikhilesh worked at IQ data as a Product Manager from March 2014 to March 2017 and as an Associate from February 2012 to March 2014.

Nikhilesh Kaul earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University between 2007 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training from VALUE enablers Private Limited in 2023, and in Building and Managing a High-Performing Sales Team and Managing Sales Process from LinkedIn in 2022.
