Agnelo Dias

Agnelo Dias has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 16 years. Agnelo started their career as a Business Manager at One-Up Marketing Pvt. Ltd in 2004, where they successfully launched Reliance CDMA in South Mumbai and achieved 109% of the target in the first year. Agnelo then joined Rising Star as a Business Manager in 2008, where they won the "Best Distributor Award" and consistently achieved high sales targets. In 2011, they became the Manager of Channel Sales & Distribution at MeraDoctor, where they played an integral role in launching their services in Mumbai and across Maharashtra. After that, Agnelo worked as a Business Development Manager at Healthspring - Family Health Experts from 2013 to 2014. Agnelo then joined UnitedHealth Group as the Business Head India West for Optum Health & Technology India, where they managed accounts, developed business, and coordinated events. Currently, Agnelo is working as the Director of Business Solutions for Workplace Options India, responsible for sales and client relationships. Workplace Options is a global leader in employee well-being solutions.

Agnelo Dias completed their International Certification in Strategy and Leadership from the Institute of Product Leadership in the year 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a BBA degree in Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education between 2009 and 2012. In their earlier years, Agnelo attended Dr. Antonio Da'Silva High School & Jr College of Commerce in Mumbai, where they completed their H.S.C degree in Commerce from 2000 to 2002.
