I-Lan Hamilton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. I-Lan started their career in 2000 as a Partner Relationship Manager at Cisco Systems, where they worked closely with partners to develop integrated solutions. I-Lan then moved on to Fluke Networks as an EMEA Channel Marketing Communications Specialist from 2002 to 2005.

In 2010, I-Lan began their journey as a professional trainer, employee training consultant, and success coach. I-Lan worked freelance for their own practice, ilancoaching, and partnered with various organizations to deliver employee training and well-being programs. I-Lan also became a trainer and coach at Grit: breakthrough programmes, delivering personal development programs to young people and adults until 2020.

From 2012 to 2016, I-Lan worked as a freelance coach/trainer at Future Foundations Training Ltd, delivering workshops and training programs in secondary schools. I-Lan joined Workplace Options in 2012 as a Trainer and Coach for Global Learning Solutions. In 2016, they became a Trainer/Health Practitioner at New Leaf Health Ltd until 2020.

I-Lan continued their training and coaching journey by joining Vita Health Group in 2017 as a Trainer and Coach for Workplace Wellness. In 2018, they started working as a Trainer and Coach at Wellbeing Solutions, focusing on organizational performance through employee well-being.

Most recently, in 2021, I-Lan joined CDS Defence & Security as an Executive Coach. Throughout their career, I-Lan has gained diplomas in personal performance coaching and youth impact coaching and has worked with a wide range of clients, from corporate organizations to public sector and local government agencies.

I-Lan Hamilton has an extensive education history. From 1992 to 1995, they attended the University of Roehampton and earned a BA (Hons) degree in Dance and English Literature. Following that, in 2009, they enrolled in The Coaching Academy and completed a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching in 2010. In the same year, they pursued another diploma at The Coaching Academy, specializing in Youth Impact Coaching, which they completed in 2011. In 2011, they attended the Youth Coaching Academy UK for further training in Youth Coaching, graduating in 2012.

In terms of additional certifications, I-Lan Hamilton became an accredited member of The Coaching Academy in June 2010. I-Lan also obtained an Associate Membership from the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM) in January 2022.
