Lydia Worrell

Lydia Worrell is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in counseling and psychology. Currently serving as an EAP Provider at Workplace Options since March 2021 and a Psychologist at Next Steps Family Centre since 2014, Lydia specializes in providing individual and group counseling to children, adolescents, youth, and families in both traditional and home-based settings.
