Melissa Hughes

Melissa Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Melissa worked at Workplace Options from 2019, starting as a Senior Account Manager and later becoming the Director of Business Solutions in October 2022. Prior to that, Melissa worked at Morneau Shepell from 2010 to 2018, where they held the role of Account Executive, managing a large portfolio and overseeing client experience and retention. Before Morneau Shepell, Melissa worked at Tetra Tech from 2006 to 2010, first as a Senior HR Advisor in the Infrastructure division and later as a Lead Recruiter in the Energy division. Finally, Melissa also worked at Morneau Shepell from 1999 to 2006 as a Corporate Recruiter, where they developed recruitment strategies and built relationships to reduce vacancy rates and fill job requisitions.

Melissa Hughes obtained a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Athabasca University, studying from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Sheridan College from an unknown start year to 2004, where they studied Human Resources Management. Before transferring to Sheridan College, Melissa also attended Sheridan College from 2002 to 2003, specializing in Sales and Marketing.
