Msc Maria Lumsden Rieder

Maria Lumsden Rieder, MSc has a diverse work experience in the field of counseling and psychotherapy. Maria started their career at Novartis in 2014 as a Counselor and Psychotherapist, focusing on the importance of work-life balance and promoting personal change intelligence. In 2015, they joined the University of Basel as a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Supervisor, and Lecturer in Developmental Psychology. Maria then worked at Workplace Options in 2019 as a Psychologist for critical incident support, providing integrated employee well-being solutions.
