Pauline Alberts, MSc, ICF PCC has a diverse work experience that includes roles such as a Life and Leadership Coach, a Corporate Trainer, a Leadership Coach for The Humanitarian Coaching Network, a Management Team Member for Women in Business Hilversum, a Module Support Coach for iPEC Coaching, a Project Manager for NEMO Science Museum, and a Product Development and Quality Management professional for Q4 Profiles. Pauline Alberts, MSc, ICF PCC has a diverse education history. Pauline obtained a Master of Science degree in Architecture / Renovation from Delft University of Technology, completing their studies from 1995 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Scuola Europea Varese in Italy and received their European Baccalaureate in Secondary school.
In terms of coaching certifications, Pauline received their Professional Coach (ICF) certification from Empower World Doha Qatar in 2016 to 2017. Pauline further enhanced their coaching expertise by completing the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) program from iPEC Coaching in 2020. In the same year, they obtained additional certifications from iPEC Coaching, including COR.E Dynamics | Transitions Dynamics™ Specialist (CTDS), COR.E Dynamics | Leadership Dynamics™ Specialist (CLDS), COR.E Dynamics | Wellbeing Dynamics™ Specialist (CWDS), and Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).
Pauline is also affiliated with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has achieved multiple ICF certifications. Pauline received the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation in November 2020 and will become a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) in January 2023.
Additionally, Pauline acquired various other certifications throughout their career, including Q4 Profiles Personal Style (DISC) in 2016 and TEFL from the London Teaching Training Centre / Eton Institute Dubai in 2010. Pauline has also completed ICF Approved Coach Training from Empower-World in March 2017.
