Sachin Shivanna (He/Him)

Sachin Shivanna (He/Him) has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Sachin started their career at Capgemini in 2011 as a Process Associate, where they worked until 2013. Following this, they joined Monsanto Company as a Financial Accountant and worked there until 2015. In 2015, Sachin joined HP as a Financial Analyst and worked until 2016. Sachin then moved on to Workplace Options, where they initially worked as a Finance & Accounting IC - Global from November 2016 to December 2021. Currently, Sachin holds the role of Senior-Finance & Accounts IC - Global at Workplace Options, where they are responsible for reconciliations, general ledger, accounts payable, process review, standardization, supporting audits, training teams, assisting in resolving queries, and preparing reports for management. Sachin also handles vendor payments, bank entries, invoice reviewing and approval, trial balance review, and P&L review.

Sachin Shivanna (He/Him) completed their education in the field of accounting and finance. Sachin obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from NDRK First Grade College in Hassan, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Bangalore Institute of Management Studies from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Sachin also obtained additional certifications. In July 2011, they completed a certification in Finance and Accounts from iPRIMED Education Solutions Private Ltd. Furthermore, in September 2021, they obtained certifications in Accounting Fundamentals and Corporate Finance Basics from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI).
