Monica Costa

Monica Costa is an Organizational Development Consultant at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) since March 2024, bringing extensive experience in talent management and employee experience initiatives. Previously at Liberty from May 2021 to March 2024, Monica led the design and integration of a new Employee Experience program using Qualtrics, focusing on various aspects such as data analysis, communication, and change management. Prior roles at Metro Inc. included Specialist in Talent Acquisition and Coordinator in Talent Management, as well as an intern position. Monica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Guelph-Humber, along with certificates in People Analytics from York University and Human Resource Management from Sheridan College.
