Tatjana Djukic

Tatjana Djukic has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Tatjana is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Employee Experience at Insightful, starting in October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager at Gecić | Law from June 2021 to October 2021.

From July 2017 to June 2021, Tatjana held the position of Human Resources and People Operations Director at Humanity (ShiftPlanning). Before that, they served at Vip mobile d.o.o. in various roles, including HR Partners and People Development Team Manager from July 2012 to July 2017, and HR Partner from December 2008 to July 2017.

Tatjana's earlier work experience includes working as a Recruitment expert for legal entities at Soko Stark, Grand Prom, and Palanacki Kiseljak from January 2008 to December 2008. Tatjana also worked as a Psychologist/Professional orientation specialist at Nacionalna sluzba za zaposljavanje from November 2005 to December 2007.

Tatjana Djukic obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Novi Sad between 2000 and 2005. In 2018, they completed a Cognitive Behavioral Coaching course at the Sinergija Coaching Center. Additionally, they are currently pursuing a degree in Psychology with a specialization in RE&CBT education (under supervision) at the REBT-Affiliated Training Center of Albert Ellis Institute Belgrade since 2014.
