Zoë Harte

Zoë Harte is an accomplished human resources leader currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Transcarent since February 2023. With extensive experience in various HR leadership roles, including previous positions as Chief People Officer at Upwork and Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Development at Rovi, Zoë has a proven track record in workforce planning, recruitment, and organizational development. In addition to hands-on HR roles, Zoë contributes as a Council Member for the Forbes Human Resources Council, serves as an Advisor at PeopleTech Partners, and participates on the Customer Advisory Board at Envoy Global. Zoë holds a Master's degree in Theology from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor's degree in Religion and Women's Studies from Earlham College.
