Chaz Y.

From 2007 to 2009, Chaz Y. worked as a Tandem Instructor at Jackson Hole Paragliding. From 2011 to 2012, they held the role of Simulation Training Specialist at Carolinas Healthcare System. Starting in 2012, Chaz worked at Work Market as a Customer Success Manager until 2017. At WorkRails, Inc., they began as a Customer Success and later became a Product Manager from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, they served as the Head of Customer Success at WorkRails starting in March 2020.

Chaz Y. completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at Appalachian State University from 1995 to 1999. Later, from 2012 to 2014, Chaz Y. pursued a Master's Degree in Health Administration (MHA) at Hofstra University.
