Ray Walker is the Compliance Director at Worksome, and has over 7 years of experience in leading companies that provide payroll and employment solutions. Ray has a deep understanding of the compliance landscape and has developed a software platform to deliver robust process controls and ensure efficiency and scalability. Ray is also partnered with an insurance underwriter to provide a policy protecting supply chain from litigation.

Ray Walker's educational career includes studying project management at Agile Project Management, director development at the Institute of Directors, and accounting at Havering College. Ray is also a certified contingent workforce professional.
