Ingrid van den Rijen currently serves as the Head of Talent and Recruitment Lead at Workspace 365 since February 2021, overseeing the recruitment team, optimizing processes, managing budgets, and focusing on international recruitment, employer branding, recruitment marketing, and employee experience. Prior to this, Ingrid held roles such as Employer Branding Specialist and Senior Corporate Recruiter at e-office from June 2019 to December 2020, where responsibilities included project management and change management advisory. From March 2015 to February 2019, Ingrid was the Team Leader for recruitment at Dag1, managing a team and overseeing the complete recruitment process. Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel and Hospitality Management from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2011 and 2015.
