Mo Rafati

Mo Rafati is the Sr. Strategic Account Director at WorkSpan. Prior to joining WorkSpan, Mo was with Oracle NetSuite as a Senior Principle Account Manager, Global Enterprise where they were responsible for managing and driving strategic business initiatives for NetSuite's largest global customers. Mo was also with Oracle as a Technology Sales Manager, Northern California responsible for leading and managing Northern California SMB team consisting of 10 Field Sales Reps. Mo has also achieved great success in sales throughout their career, achieving 128% in FY'2016, 95% in FY'2017, 110% in FY'2018, and 102% in FY'2019. Prior to Oracle, Mo was the Director of Sales at UBM Tech from February 2001 to June 2015.

Mo Rafati earned a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
