Dora Ogar

Dora Ogar has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as Executive Assistant at ProQuest in 2010. Dora then moved to Truven Health Analytics in 2013, where they held the roles of Human Resources Operations Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator. In 2017, they joined IBM Watson Health as a Human Resources Operations Specialist. Most recently, they have been working at WorkStep since 2020, where they have held the roles of People Operations Manager and People Operations Senior Associate.

Dora Ogar obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies/ German from the University of Michigan in 2008. Dora then went on to earn a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Resources Management from Eastern Michigan University in 2015. Additionally, from 2006 to 2016, they studied German Language and Culture Studies at the Goethe-Institut M\u00fcnchen Sprachschule. Dora also holds a SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
