Katelyn Kerins has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Katelyn started their career as a hostess and server at M.J. O'Connor's Irish Pub Restaurant, where they also trained new employees. Katelyn then interned as a Marketing Intern at The Briar Group, assisting with marketing tasks for multiple restaurants.

In 2012, Katelyn joined Anthropologie as a Senior Sales Associate, working for URBN INC., a specialty retail company. Katelyn stayed in this role until 2016.

From 2014 to 2015, Katelyn worked as an Intern & Data Analyst in Sales Enablement for PTC, a leading global technology solutions company. Katelyn collaborated closely with the Sales Enablement Team at the company's headquarters.

In 2016, Katelyn joined HubSpot, the world's leading inbound marketing and sales platform. Katelyn held multiple roles during their time there, including Senior Support Engineer & Team Mentor, Customer Success Manager, and Senior Customer Success Manager & Team Lead. HubSpot has over 18,000 customers worldwide, and Katelyn supported them in various capacities until 2022.

After that, Katelyn joined Gong, a revenue intelligence platform, as a Customer Success Manager for the mid-market segment. Katelyn worked in this role until 2023.

Currently, Katelyn is working at Workvivo as a Customer Success Manager. Workvivo is an employee communication platform aimed at enhancing team bonding and employee engagement. Katelyn is passionate about improving employees' working lives and achieving results.

Katelyn Kerins completed their high school education at Notre Dame Academy, where they earned their High School Diploma from 2007 to 2011. Katelyn then attended Suffolk University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Global Business & Marketing. During their time at Suffolk University, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at Regent's University in London in 2013 for a short period. Katelyn further expanded their global perspective by studying at Suffolk University's Madrid Campus in the same year.
