Stephen Culmone

Stephen Culmone has extensive work experience in the field of workforce solutions and program operations. Stephen began their career at Computer Horizons Corporation as an Account Manager in 1996, where they worked until 2007. Stephen then joined Allegis Global Solutions as the Global Director of Contingent Workforce Program Operations, holding the position for twelve years until 2019. Following that, they worked as the Senior Director of Sales and Channel Partnerships at Populus Group from 2019 to 2024. Currently, Stephen is serving as the VP of Client Services at Pontoon Solutions, a position they have held since 2024.
