Jessica Rudol

Jessica Rudol, SHRM-SCP, has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Jessica is currently the VP of Human Resources at WorkWave since October 2018. Prior to this, they held positions at TEAM Software, starting as an HR Manager in October 2018 and later becoming the Human Resources Director from July 2021 to July 2022. Before that, they worked at The Auto Club Group as a Human Resources Manager from April 2014 to October 2018, also serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist from April 2014 to May 2017. Jessica began their career at Core Bank as an Assistant Vice President, holding the role from January 2007 to March 2014.

Jessica Rudol, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha between 2000 and 2005. Jessica obtained their SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in March 2016.
