Ross Rollings

Ross Rollings has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ross began their career in 1987 as a Plant Engineer at VF Imagewear and later transitioned to roles such as Manufacturing Engineer, Engineer Manager, and Senior Distribution Engineer. At VF Jeanswear, they took on the position of Project Manager for the Hackleburg DC Rebuild. Ross also worked at VF Imagewear - Licensed Sports Group as Director of Engineering and later Director of Distribution. In 2017, they joined VF Jeanswear as Director of Distribution - Jeanswear Special Projects. Ross then moved to VF Workwear Inc., where they held various positions such as Director of Engineering Projects (Distribution), Director of Distribution Strategy and Special Projects, and eventually became the Director of Engineering (Distribution). Ross Rollings is currently working at Workwear Outfitters as the Director of Engineering (Distribution).

Ross Rollings earned their Associate of Science degree in Engineering from J Sargeant Reynolds Community College between 1981 and 1985. Ross then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech, graduating between 1985 and 1987.
