Rob Clarke

Rob Clarke is an experienced HR and organizational development professional currently serving as a member of the Executive Board Remuneration and Nominations Committees for World Athletics since April 2019 and as an advisor for the International Olympic Committee since July 2020. Previously, Clarke held leadership roles in various organizations, including People and Organisation Lead at Allwyn and HR, Workforce, Volunteering, and Recruitment at Chanzo, where contributions were made to major events such as Expo 2020 Dubai and Paris 2024. Additional experience includes serving as HR Director for the Baku 2015 European Games, Head of Organisation Development for London 2012, and various HR roles at prominent companies including MFI, Carlsberg, and Safeway. Clarke holds a BSc in Applied Consumer Science from Northumbria University.
