Will Paterson

Will Paterson is a Senior Financial Sector Specialist at the World Bank Group since March 2018, providing expert advice on insolvency and debt resolution frameworks to client countries. Previously, Will served as a Principal Legal Counsel at the EBRD and in various roles at the World Bank Group, including as a Consultant advising on Credit Infrastructure and Corporate Governance. Will's career also includes a position as a Senior Economist at Finance Canada and significant legal advisory roles at the United Nations and Clifford Chance LLP. Will co-founded Never Again International, an organization focused on educating young people to prevent genocide, and holds multiple degrees, including an M.Sc. in Public Policy from The London School of Economics.
