Rhea Ilagan

Rhea Ilagan, MBA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting, as well as human resources management. From 2020, Rhea has been working as the Director of Finance II Accounting & HR Manager at World Central Kitchen, where they oversee a team of 17 accountants and four managers. Rhea'sresponsibilities include managing payroll, AP/AR, financial reporting, grants management, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and month-end reporting for a $125M portfolio. Rhea successfully transitioned all financial processes to new software and payroll provider without any impact on quality or accuracy.

Prior to this role, Rhea worked at Tiber Creek Consulting from 2007 to 2020 as an Accounting & HR Manager. In this position, they handled full cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, GL, journal entries, reconciliations, tax preparation, and financial reporting. Rhea also managed HR functions such as recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. Rhea effectively managed and delivered special accounting and financial oversight projects on time and within scope by delegating tasks, resolving issues, and tracking milestones.

Rhea Ilagan, MBA has a diverse education history. In 1996-2000, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from De La Salle University. Following this, in 2000-2002, they pursued a Master's Degree in Management Technology from the same university. In 2016-2017, Rhea attended Strayer University and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Accounting. In 2011, they completed a Certificate in Human Resource Management from George Mason University.
