Laura Thurston-Sooy has over a decade of experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the Manager of the Customer Service Department and Account Manager at World Centric since 2013. Prior to this role, Laura was the Chief Product Officer and Manager of the Client Service Team at Golden Pacific Systems, Inc. from 2004 to 2013, where responsibilities included leading the Call Center and Client Service Team while managing the top two accounts to fulfill all customer service needs. Laura holds a degree from Sonoma State University.
