Jiabin Luo

Jiabin LUO currently serves as a Technical Officer at the World Customs Organization since March 2019. Prior to this role, Jiabin LUO worked at The General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China as a Customs Valuation Consultant from July 2002 to March 2019. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Law from China University of Political Science and Law, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
