Borislava Carrard

Borislava Carrard has a well-rounded work experience that spans over several years. Borislava has worked as an HR Operations Manager at the World Economic Forum since 2016. Prior to that, they were employed at Barclays Bank (Suisse) SA for nearly a decade, where they held the role of HR Specialist. In this position, they were responsible for various tasks, including mobility and relocation management, HR projects management, local benefits management, administration of new joiners and leavers, and serving as the main point of contact for general HR administrative questions. Before joining Barclays, they worked briefly as a Recruiter at Elan IT and as a Recruitment Consultant Trainee at Michael Page International.
