Laura Valentina Natera is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as Action Lead for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the World Economic Forum since September 2024. Previous roles include Programs and Initiatives Manager at the Women's Forum for the Economy & Society, and Programme Officer at UN Climate Change, where Laura led the implementation of the UNFCCC Gender Action Plan. At the Inter-American Development Bank, Laura crafted a Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and redesigned key performance indicators to better assess the impact on women's economic growth. Experience also spans positions at the International Labour Organization, The Rhodes Trust, and other organizations, all contributing to enhancing women’s entrepreneurship and reducing gender gaps. Laura Valentina Natera holds a Master in Law and Technology from IE Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Oxford, alongside studies at City University of Hong Kong and Macquarie University.
