Liam Ó Cathasaigh has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Liam began their career in 2003 as a Production Co-ordinator at RTÉ Lyric FM. In 2008, Liam joined Digital Skills Academy as a Project Manager for Digital Film & Television, a position they held until 2011. Following this, they worked at Faction Films as a Director from October 2011 to September 2014. In 2014, Liam joined the World Economic Forum, where they had various roles including Video Producer from September 2014 to June 2016, Lead of Video Content from June 2016 to June 2017, Head of Video Content from July 2017 to October 2020, and currently serves as the Head of Creative.

Liam Ó Cathasaigh has a diverse education history that spans several years.
