Joan Atlin has extensive experience in the field of strategy, policy, and research. Joan is currently the Director of Strategy, Policy, and Research at World Education Services since January 2019. Joan Atlin completed their education with a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Political Science from York University in 1989. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Development and Political Studies from the University of Guelph in 1986. Additionally, Joan also pursued coursework in Counselling Psychology at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, but the start and end years for this program are not provided.
