Cinzia Wieland

Cinzia Wieland is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, marketing, and fundraising. As the President and Founder of Truth and Transformation since November 2020, Cinzia has also served as Chair of the Board of Directors for World Evangelical Alliance Partnership e.V. since May 2022 and as Finance and Organizational Development Manager at World Evangelical Alliance since November 2021. Previous roles include Director of Marketing and Fundraising at Hoffnungsträger Stiftung, Director of Sales and Marketing at S1nn GmbH & Co. KG, and Account Manager at Bose Corporation, where key responsibilities included managing high-profile accounts for major automotive clients such as Tesla, Ferrari, and Daimler. Cinzia holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Albstadt-Sigmaringen University, earned from 1999 to 2003.
