World Food Programme
Papa Zoumana Diarra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and operational planning within food security and nutrition sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Planning & Operations at African Risk Capacity, part of the World Food Programme since June 2012, Papa Diarra leads the contingency planning process and coordinates the development of contingency plans for African countries participating in the ARC risk pool.
