Paulo Oliveira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and supply chain operations within the humanitarian sector, currently serving as Deputy Country Director at the World Food Programme since May 2016, overseeing programming, budget, monitoring, evaluation, and logistics across multiple sub-offices in Honduras and Mauritania. Prior roles include positions in procurement and commodity trading at Webcor Group and ED&F Man, where responsibilities involved demand forecasting, strategic sourcing, and the management of large-scale food distribution. Oliveira also has a background in international sales and marketing through experience at Europcar and consulting in the banking industry.
