Wilson Kaikai

Wilson Kaikai is an experienced professional specializing in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning within various sectors, notably at the World Food Programme since July 2019, where responsibilities include leading the Analytics and Research Unit as well as the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Unit. Additional roles include serving as a Board Member for Uthabiti Africa and co-chairing the UN M&E Working Group in South Sudan. Previous positions encompass leadership in monitoring and evaluation for several programs funded by USAID across Rwanda and the wider African region, as well as technical advising in health sector performance measurement in Kenya. Wilson holds a Master's degree in Business Studies from Leipzig University and multiple certifications in monitoring and evaluation, leadership, and economic policy management.
