Natalee Doenig

Natalee Doenig has a diverse range of work experience in Human Resources. Natalee currently holds the position of Vice President Global Corporate Human Resources at World Fuel Services since April 2023. In this role, they are responsible for driving scale and operating synergies across the company's Land platform.

Prior to this, Natalee worked as the Vice President, People and Culture at West Marine from February 2022 to July 2022. Here, they were responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including talent management and acquisition, internal communications, and employee relations.

In these roles, they focused on reinventing the company's approach to human capital, developing recruitment strategies, and streamlining talent acquisition processes.

Natalee started their career as the Director of Campus Recruitment and Internship Development at Northwestern Mutual from October 2011 to September 2013.
