Paweł Michalski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital, business development, and talent management. As Co-Founder and CEO of VC Leaders since July 2017, Paweł has focused on building a premier community for venture capital professionals in Europe. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at World Fund and Co-Founder and CEO at Future Force Foundation, Paweł supports entrepreneurs with high climate performance potential while aiding individuals in achieving professional success. Paweł's previous roles include Category Manager at Shopee, Managing Partner at COBIN Angels, and Head of Business Development at First11, alongside a significant tenure at PKO Bank Polski in project finance. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Law from the University of Warsaw, along with further studies in business law at the University of Zurich and German law at Friedrich Wilhelm Universität Bonn.
