Jim Ronayne

Jim Ronayne is a seasoned Human Resources Manager currently working at World Group & Associates since July 2019. With a robust background in operations and HR management, Jim previously served as General Manager at ARAMARK from September 1997 to August 2017, where expertise in building sales and profits was demonstrated by reducing turnover and safety incidents. Before ARAMARK, Jim excelled as an Award-Winning General Manager at McDonald's Corporation from July 1982 to January 1995.
