Craig Senecal

Craig Senecal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee experience, talent development, and organizational development. At The New York Public Library, Craig served as Senior Director of Employee Experience, focusing on Talent Acquisition metrics, Volunteer Program management, and Employee Relations within the Digital Division. Additionally, Craig transformed the learning culture while overseeing performance management as Director of Talent Development & Engagement. Leadership roles at the World Institute for Action Learning included Chair and Vice Chair of the Executive Board of Directors, where Craig facilitated Action Learning initiatives. Previous tenure at Burberry involved expanding the learning team for the Americas region, while early career experience at Macy's and The May Company encompassed store communications, learning and development, and sales management roles.
