Michalis Kosmopoulos

Michalis Kosmopoulos currently serves as a WIPO Arbitrator since November 2023 and is a Partner at Drakopoulos, where leadership of the firm's IP practice across Southeast Europe is a key responsibility. With extensive experience in intellectual property law, Michalis has been involved with React.Org as the Greek partner since January 2008, focusing on combating counterfeit trade. Previous roles include participation in the INTA Anticounterfeiting Committee and serving on the Board of the Hellenic Copyright Organization. Michalis has also held positions at Generali, Giannoulas | Kosmopoulos Law Offices, Mikroulea, Chrissanthis and Partners, and Dontas Law Offices. Educational credentials include an LLM in Commercial Law with a focus on IP and a law degree, both from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
