Melvyn Record

Melvyn Record has a diverse work experience in the racing industry. Melvyn is currently working as the Director of Business Development at World Racing Group since May 2019. Before that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Laguna Seca Raceway from October 2007 to August 2018. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of Marketing at Infineon Raceway from October 2000 to September 2007. Melvyn also worked at the National Hot Rod Association, where they held two roles, Director of Field Marketing from January 1995 to October 2000, and Director of International Relations from March 1993 to January 1995. In addition, they worked as an Associate Editor at National DRAGSTER from June 1989 to March 1993.

Melvyn Record attended Wilsthorpe Secondary School in Long Eaton, Nottinghamshire from 1972 to 1977. Melvyn then pursued public schooling from 1973 to 1981, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this period of their education.
