Karen Spencer

Karen Spencer has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Karen started their career at Delta Materials Handling, Inc. in 1993 as a Human Resources/Admin & Marketing Manager. Karen then moved on to Compassion International in 2008, where they held positions such as Gulf Coast Region Advocates Network Manager and Advocate Ministry Manager for the Southeast and Northeast regions. In 2016, they joined World Relief as the Mobilization Director, later transitioning to US Marketing Partner and eventually becoming the US Marketing Director. Throughout their career, Karen has focused on mobilizing and engaging communities for various social causes and organizations.

Karen Spencer obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Ambassador University in 1993.
