Willy Louis Kammera

Willy Louis Kammera serves as the National Monitoring Evaluation Adaptation Research & Learning Coordinator at AIDS Healthcare Foundation since September 2023, while also managing Project MEARL at World Relief from September 2022. Previously, Willy held the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant at Last Mile Health from October 2022 to January 2023 and served as Project M&E Technical Lead at World Relief - SCOPE HIV from January 2020 to September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Baylor College of Medicine from October 2018 to January 2021, Senior Data Management Officer at Baylor College of Medicine Children's Foundation-Malawi from September 2014 to September 2016, Community Health Services Supervisor at Baylor College of Medicine from May 2010 to August 2011, and Data Monitor at Malawi Human Rights Youth Network (MHRYN) from March 2008 to March 2010. Willy Kammera is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management at Unicaf, having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in ICT from Exploits University and additional qualifications in Networks and System Administration, and Business Computer Systems.
