Community Coordinator For National Plastic Action Partnership (npap) at World Resources Institute (WRI) Indonesia

Bunga Karnisa has extensive experience in environmental sustainability and community engagement, currently serving as the Community Coordinator for the National Plastic Action Partnership at the World Resources Institute (WRI) Indonesia since August 2017. In this role, Bunga develops and implements strategies to engage over 150 members from various sectors in plastic reduction initiatives, manages an initiative database, and leads project showcases to connect innovators with potential partners. Additionally, Bunga has contributed to strategy development within key action areas and has been responsible for organizing NPAP events. Bunga's prior roles include Research Analyst and Research Consultant at WRI Indonesia, focusing on restoration projects and sustainable practices, as well as an internship as a Participation Analyst at the Office of the President of the Republic of Indonesia. Bunga holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Agricultural Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
