Blanca Anggela Zutta has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Blanca Anggela began their career in 1998 as a Research Assistant at the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics, where they conducted research on protein data and presented results through reports and presentations. From 1999 to 2005, they worked at Mod's Hair Geneva as a Digital Transformation specialist, where they developed digital strategies for customer engagement and implemented metric-based management systems to improve business productivity.

In 2005, Blanca joined the World Trade Organization as an E-Learning technology and Social media specialist. During their time there, they assessed, designed, implemented, and monitored digital strategies for their E-Learning program, significantly increasing participation levels. Blanca Anggela also conducted research on policy implementation and country readiness for online technical assistance activities.

Blanca's work at the World Trade Organization continued in 2017 when they became a member of the screening committee and the recruitment panel for the Young Professionals Programme. Blanca Anggela played a key role in designing and implementing a merit-based competitive recruitment policy and applied data management and visualization methods to monitor and improve recruitment processes.

Blanca's involvement in blockchain and cryptocurrency began in 2019 when they became an Associate Founding Member of ITSA - International Token Standardization Association. This role focused on promoting the development and implementation of standardized approaches for blockchain-based cryptographic tokens.

In 2020, Blanca joined the Crypto Valley Association as a member of the Enterprise Blockchain Working Group and the CBDC & Monetary Policy Task Force.
