Sagnik Sinha

Dispute Settlement Lawyer at World Trade Organization

Sagnik Sinha began their career in 2009 as an Associate at LakshmiKumaran and Sridharan, where they worked until 2011. Sagnik then returned to the company in 2012 as a Senior Associate before becoming a Principal Associate from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they also worked as a Post Graduate Research Assistant for Professor Don Wallace Jr. From 2013 to 2014, Sagnik interned at the World Trade Organization in the Legal Affairs Division. Finally, they served as a Dispute Settlement Lawyer at the World Trade Organization from 2014 onwards.

Sagnik Sinha completed their Bachelor of Arts in Law with Honors at Gujarat National Law University in Gandhinagar from 2004 to 2009. Sagnik then pursued further education at Georgetown University Law Center, where they obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with Distinction and was on the Dean's List. This degree focused on International Trade, Competition, and Treaty Arbitration, with a specialization in WTO (World Trade Organization) Certificate.
