Henri Costa

Henri Costa is an experienced Agile Program Manager and Coach currently working at World Vision Canada since July 2021, focused on building and coaching scrum teams for agile delivery and enhancing data-driven decision-making. As the Founder and Chief Accelerator at Xlerator Inc since September 2017, Henri helps individuals and organizations accelerate value delivery through agile practices and coaching. Previously, Henri held roles such as Scrum Master at Scotiabank, Agile Coach at The Home Depot Canada, and various leadership positions at EPAM Systems, Thoughtcorp, and Dapasoft Inc., contributing significantly to agile transformations, team coaching, and project management within the IT and business domains. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Metallurgical Engineering and certifications from the Agile Coaching Institute, Henri brings a strong technical and leadership background to agile methodologies and team development.
