Terry Chemij is an experienced professional with a strong background in public engagement, advocacy, and communications. Currently serving as Manager of Public Engagement and Advocacy at World Vision Canada since 2016, responsibilities include developing strategies and campaigns focused on humanitarian issues affecting vulnerable children worldwide, managing a significant public engagement grant, and leading the award-winning #NoChildForSale advocacy campaign. Previous positions include Operations Manager and Communications Advisor for the Ontario Government, where Terry managed stakeholder relationships and media events, as well as roles in political campaign management and international humanitarian organizations such as FAR International and Emmanuel International Canada. Terry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western University.
