Thang Paul Buhril

Thang Paul Buhril is an experienced professional specializing in Design, Monitoring & Evaluation (DME) within Urban Programming at World Vision India since October 2013. Prior experience includes serving as a Young Professional at the Council for Advancement of Peoples Action and Rural Technology (CAPART) from May 2000 to June 2002, focusing on project review, program analysis, and evaluation. Thang holds a Master in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in Family and Child Welfare from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (1998-2000) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Education (Honours) from Cotton College, Guwahati (1996-1998), along with earlier education at Bethany Christian College and Children Training High School.
