Sue Birchmore

Sue Birchmore is an accomplished strategy and operations professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within World Vision. Currently serving as Strategy Technical Director at the Global Office of Strategy Realisation, Evidence & Innovation since September 2018, Birchmore previously held various strategic roles, including Director of Operations and Director of Strategy at World Vision International. Throughout a career spanning more than two decades, Birchmore has demonstrated expertise in implementing and enhancing organizational strategies, driving innovation, and fostering effective partnerships across multiple regions, including the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Birchmore's academic credentials include an MBA in NGO Leadership from Eastern University, a Postgraduate Certificate in Hydrogeology from University College London, and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
