Mayeli Rodriguez

Mayeli Rodriguez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Coordinator of People and Culture at World Vision República Dominicana since January 2022, Mayeli focuses on developing and implementing strategies for talent management and performance. Prior to this role, Mayeli worked at Advanced Professional Solutions, overseeing operations as Coordinator of Operations and engaging in recruitment as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Earlier experiences include serving as Human Resources Analyst at Macros Consulting RD and Office Manager for the IPEP Project (USAID). Mayeli holds a law degree from Universidad Abierta para Adultos and further education from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo.
